CAUSE OF THE REVELATION

VERSES NO. 94-96

      These verses refer to the year of HUDAYBEHEH. When the prophet and Muslim proceeded to perform the lesser pilgrimage. In their way to Mecca, they encountered a huge cattle of useful and lawful games; so much so that, they could easily hunt them by their lances, or even by empty hands! This verse and the next two were revealed to prevent Muslims from hunting them.
