THOSE WHO TAKE RELIGION OF GOD AS A PLAY TOY!

VERSE NO. 70

      This in fact completes the aforementioned verses, by telling the prophet; leave aside those who have taken the religion of God as a play toy or amusing means. In the same chapter of Quran- S 6:33 we read that this world is play-toy and amusement. Therefore this verse may also imply those group of people who, make use of religion, to attain their worldly interest and to obtain material privileges. In fact, the religion they hold is void of any content other than fun, play, and pass- time, just like the creed of children.

      Then the verse orders the prophet to warn them that there is a time coming that every one shall see the results of his conducts, and every one is in pledge of his deeds.

      On that day of Final Judgement, their case is hard and critical; and if they offer every compensation to ransom their destructed self, it will not do! They have to drink out of a boiling water and suffer a very painful chastisement. Then tell them to beware of God!
