VERSES NO. 16-17 Verses 15-17

      The pleasures of this world mentioned in the verse NO. 14 are compared here with those of the next life, saying: ``Do you want me to inform you of things that are far better than the pleasures of this mortal life? there awaits for the faithful servants of God, gardens which are watered with running streams, wherein they live with their purified spouses for ever,''

      Through this verse (NO. 15) QURÄN announces that if the believers content with a moderate and lawful life in this world, and avoid unlawful pleasures and excess in passions, and control their caprices, and do not oppress others, God will grant them a clean, pure, and higher spiritual and physical life of good pleasure, in the next world.
