VERSE NO. 77PROOFS OF MONOTHEISM IN THE HEAVENS

VERSES NO. 75 - 76

When the dark of the night like a curtain covered the arch prophet of God, and he observed the beautiful and bright evening star called Venus, in all her glory- the star which was no more than one of the n-millions of celestial bodies; he addressed the worshippers of stars and said: ``O.K. let us suppose that this is my Lord! But a little later the poor god or godess disappeared, because its rise and set is according to the laws, whose author is God the creator of the whole universe.'' Now a question is raised here which must be answered.

When god disappears and is absent from the field of our life, who can help in his absence. When a god is absent and cannot see his worshipper, what a folly can make the servant to worship?

The Arch Prophet who had seen with certitude the spiritual glories behind the physical beauties of Venus, Said: ``I do not love anything that vanishes and dies away.'' In other word: The worship of stars is futile, and a folly of ancestral idolatries.
