VERSE NO. 3

      In the third verse all the people are addressed, to follow the guidance which has been sent down to them from their Lord, and to leave aside other masters and Lords:

      Follow what has been sent down to you from your Lord, and do not follow other masters besides Him.''

      This also implies that man is confronted with two ways for life, and has to choose one of his two options; either to take the way to which Allah guides him, or the way leaded by other leaders besides God.

      If he chooses the way and the guidance of God, he will tread a straight and sure path with only one master and the least of perversions and zigzags.

      But if he chooses other leading masters besides God, every now and then he has to change mind and direction, and even his leading master; and so he wanders all the life with a waste of a useful amount of time! Therefore, once and for all, say: ``There is no god but Allah; and sincerely follow His guidance which leads you to prosperity and salvation.''
